Session 2: Building Strength and Connection
Join us at Aspire Physical Therapy for the second class in our transformative Pelvic Floor Yoga series. We look forward to continuing the work we began in Session 1, building upon the foundations of breathwork, mobility, and core engagement to help you further strengthen your pelvic floor while fostering relaxation and balance.
Led by our experienced pelvic health practitioner, this session incorporates gentle movements, advanced breathing techniques, and personalized modifications tailored to your unique needs and abilities.
With a small group size (max 5 participants), you’ll receive individualized attention in a supportive and non-intimidating environment. Whether you’re continuing your journey to enhanced pelvic health, regaining strength postpartum, or simply seeking to deepen the connection between your mind, body, and breath, this class will help you achieve your goals.
